Kennedy and Jake ~A gorgeous farm wedding near Bartlesville, OK~

I’m slowly sharing more from last years busy wedding season. I SO enjoy going back over these beautiful galleries. I usually have to edit them pretty quickly, so I just don’t get to take the time to really enjoy them. This sweet girl contacted me about shooting her wedding, and let me just say I’m completely thrilled that she asked me! It was a bit of a trek to Northeastern Oklahoma, but it was 120% worth that drive. When I asked this sweet bride how she found me, she told me she was sitting in class one day at college, and the girl beside her was looking at her wedding photos, she asked who her photographer was, and she knew from that moment on she wanted to use me for her wedding photos. Here we are 4 years later. Guys, that’s good stuff. Just hearing that story made my heart happy !!! And talk about just the sweetest girl you will meet anywhere. I loved spending my day with her and her amazing bride tribe!! Those girls were some serious troopers, because right after the ceremony, a down poor hit out of nowhere. Luckily we were almost done with the family photos, but we still had all the bridal party and bride and groom photos left to do. We all took cover underneath a big tree, until we could get a ride back to a place with shelter. Those girls got a little wet, but they took it in stride. That’s what happens sometimes with weddings, you roll with the punches and it always works out! We got back out in the wet grass and got some gorgeous photos to show for it!
